I was thinking about the works of John Lennon and his use of simple lines to create images. I started to think that it would be interesting to just use a line of white where the light would hit . This would outline a wine, cocktail, or shot glass .. I then thought about having a painting serve another function ,other than just a painting ,which is when I decided to use a recipe for that drink, spelled out to show the contents of that beverage.
